Many products are unique such as the water aerobic exercise equipment that reduces the impact on the body while still providing for a strong cardio workout. Finally other items such as books help each member to begin doing for themselves without aids. As members progress, we hope they will continually make known items they would like to see us add to the site for their benefit.
