Downloadable Products: If you receive a defective downloadable product, please contact us and we will replace it.

Terms: All items must be paid online at the time of purchase. Accepted methods are credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover), e-Checks, ora FitnessTreasure.com charge account.. Sorry, no personal checks or cash.

Order Placement: Once you place an order and pay for it, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If it is a downloadable item, you will be able to download instantly. If it is a physical item, the item will be shipped within 24 hours, subject to backorder. If item is backordered, you may cancel your order within 48 hours and receive a full refund. You can contact us for an order status.

Shipping Policy: All orders will be shipped UPS ground. Contact us if you would like your tracking number.

Order Cancellation: Once you pay for an item, it has been processed. However, you can still save shipping costs for yourself and FitnessTreasure.com if you contact us as soon as possible.

Return Policy:

FitnessTreasure.com is dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you can return your item and receive your money back if within 30 days, minus shipping costs (if applicable). There will be no returns after 30 days. Downloadable item sales are final and are not refundable, unless proven defective. If defective, please contact us and we will replace it.
